Nancy Marie (Myers)Learn, 83 of Kepple Hill section of Parks Township, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 11, 2012 she had passed in the West Haven Nursing Home, Apollo. Born December 6, 1928. She is preceded in death by her husband William Learn in 2005. Her parents Ray H. And Nellie Myers Myers, a brother Robert C. Myers. She was the loving mother of Dennis (Evelyn) Fryer of Pocomoke City, Md ., Sandra (Thomas) Hall of Ford City., Raymond "Butch" Fryer and his companion Mandy Cornman of Ford City., and a step son William Learn Jr. Of East Vandergrift. She was the cherished grandmother of 7 step grandchildren of nine., great grandmother of five, two nieces and numerous step great grandchildren. She was a seamstress and a retired postal worker for the Vandergrift Post office. She was a active member, chair director and Sunday School teacher and trustee at Franklin Avenue Church of God in Vandergrift, in the past years she was a Pa State Archery Champion. She enjoyed traveling and visiting her family. Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the Dunmire-Kerr & Rowe Funeral Home, Inc. 244 Franklin Avenue, Vandergrift where services will be held Tuesday at 11am with Rev. Gale Winning officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell. In lieu of flower donations may be made to the Franklin Avenue Church of God, Vandergrift in her memory.
